Abstract:
This work describes the development of an Excel-based tool for the routine monitoring and verification of analytical balances in pharmaceutical laboratories. The tool automates calculations, generates metrological control charts, and ensures measurement traceability in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. It allows rapid detection of deviations, evaluation of measurement uncertainty, and improved regulatory compliance. Experimental validation confirmed its reliability, reproducibility, and effectiveness in reducing calculation errors. The proposed approach enhances accuracy and quality control efficiency while supporting standardized analytical practices.
